Nata Ghibradze, based in Munich and originally from Georgia, is a counsel specializing in international arbitration for clients in the energy, construction, and engineering sectors. She offers guidance on cross-border disputes, particularly in the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, and CIS regions. With fluency in English, German, Russian, and Georgian, and an understanding of Georgian law and culture, Nata is uniquely positioned to navigate the many complexities of cross-border disputes. Additionally, she represents clients in Dispute Board proceedings for construction projects and acts as a tribunal secretary. Her representative experience includes handling arbitrations under major arbitration rules, representing state-owned entities and multinational corporations in significant cases.
