Assunta Ndami, based in Nairobi, Kenya, is an Access-to-Justice Enthusiast and Dispute Resolution Practitioner with a passion for alternative dispute resolution (ADR). As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Chartered Mediator, she has established herself in the field of commercial law and ADR, having studied and worked in Kenya, the UK, and France. Assunta's expertise extends to domestic and international commercial arbitration, where she has served as a sole arbitrator and acted as a Tribunal Secretary. Additionally, she has successfully conducted over 50 mediations as a sole mediator. Fluent in English, Swahili, and French, Assunta is dedicated to promoting ADR awareness through her work as the Founder of the Dispute Resolution Hub (DR Hub), which offers affordable ADR services in Kenya and builds societal awareness on ADR.
